Yummy Cupcakes’ Executive Chef Tiffini Soforenko was a guest speaker at this year’s International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE).  Chef Tif did a great job with her presentation on unique flavor combinations, and she showed the audience that she’s truly earned her nickname as the “Mad Scientist”.  IBIE 2010 was a huge success, and we were very happy to be a part of it!
